Why We Built This Site
Colorado divides public criminal-history information by record custodian. Local agencies create incident and arrest reports, Otero District and County Courts maintain filed cases and dispositions, and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation holds the fingerprint-supported statewide repository. Custody information may instead belong to the Colorado Department of Corrections, while public registration data appears through the Colorado Sex Offender Registry. We assembled the verified request steps, official portals, fees, and contact channels for those separate systems.
